Job Requirements: 

• Delivering marketing strategy to increase market presence and an increased number of sales opportunities
• Managing the division’s marketing team and reporting progress to senior management
• Developing a digital marketing strategy
• Generation of innovative ideas and promotional activities to increase the number and quality of sales leads and increase customer engagement
• Develop metrics and reporting to guide activities and budget
• Direct and manage the marketing department in production of content, including emails, brochures, presentations, webinars etc

Experience:

• Marketing: 6+ years 
• Direct Management: 4+ years
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Ability to understand technical equipment and software features
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage and deliver to deadlines
• Diligent, methodical but efficient work ethic
• A high level of general computer literacy including Microsoft Office software
